Bed Bug Control & Treatment By SOS-Extermination.
Bed Bug Treatment – How to Identify and Eradicate Bed Bugs
Bedbugs are nocturnal parasites that bite and suck blood. Oval and flat with a small head, it measures only 4-7mm and looks like an apple seed. Brown in color, it takes on a blood tint when fed. Without sting or wings, it usually does not carry disease. But beware, both males and females bite and suck for food. Their bite frequently causes rashes.
What are the important signs of an infestation?
Contrary to what many believe, bed bugs do not nest like ants or wasps. Thanks to their small size, they hide everywhere or they will not be visible. But still close to their victim. Look along the seams of the mattress, box spring, headboard, baseboard along the wall. Wooden furniture is particularly loved from it’s junk.
Perhaps you have been stung, or even your child. Indeed, she often chooses only one victim from the household. Their painless bites can cause itching in the targeted victim and rarely allergic reactions.
The easily recognizable bites are red and vary depending on the severity of the infestation. Often in groups or even online, as a bedbug can bite repeatedly for a meal.
You may also notice blood stains on the sheets and droppings. Do not confuse them with fleas, which only infest our furry animals. Their body, longer than it is wide, helps us to differentiate them. In addition, the latter jumps unlike bedbugs.
